This section has been included in order to help you:

This section of the web site is designed so that you can use it as a point of reference even when you have a deep knowledge and experience in EFT. Here, we assume that you already have at least a basic knowledge of EFT, either from other the "Introduction to EFT" section of this site or from other Web sites, books, articles or conversations.

EFT is very simple, both in theory and in practice. In this section we try to condense in a just a few pages all the essence of EFT theory and practice.

So, EFT:

  • Is based on a few basic principles that a practitioner should possess.

  • Includes some basic techniques, which are the first thing a practitioner should learn and apply and are the most frequently used.

  • Includes several additional techniques, which can be used as required per case and according to the EFT practitioner's judgment or on a trial-and-error basis.

  • Has some alternative techniques, which can be used instead of the corresponding basic or additional techniques and which often can be thought of as "advanced".

  • Has its own keys to success, which can guide you to an optimized application and to achieve maximum effectiveness.

  • Can often fail, but this failure can usually be bypassed by dealing with some common reasons for failure.
